As we release 2014, it is nice to do so with positive intentions and gratitude. For some, it is nice to release old things through a bowl burning ceremony, as fire transmutes, transforms, and rebirths. For others, setting a positive intention to release the old works as well.

When we release, it is important we do so with gratitude. Often times, when we are ready to move, release, or go on to the next situation or idea, we do so with frustration of the past instead of gratitude. Take a moment and honor what you are ready to release, and find the lesson of what it taught you. In doing so, this raises your vibration, but also provides healing for you. Once you recognize the lesson and are truly grateful for what it brought you, you can then fully release it and make sure not to repeat it again.

Once released, honor yourself, and also don’t forget to invite the new! Affirmations are important to invite new opportunities that align with your Highest Truth and most Divine Path. What are you going to create?
