4 Ways to Create Boundaries with Spirit
After having crazy dreams for about a week, today I want to talk about boundaries with spirit, a topic many of you have asked me to talk about.
First, how do you know if you need boundaries? Well, if you’ve been having crazy dreams—waking up in the middle of the night, maybe hearing things—that’s one sign. It might be time to have a conversation with your spirit guides.
I tell my students to leave at least 5-15 minutes a day to talk to their spirit guides.
You can also let them talk to you during this time, as it helps develop your intuitive language.
One tactic is to clear the “energy funk.” Just as dust accumulates in your house, you can accumulate energetic dust that needs to be cleared away. I’ll mention various oils that can help with this.
You definitely deserve a good night’s sleep. If you’ve been astral traveling, you oftentimes might feel shaky when your spirit comes back into your body, and then you won’t get a great night’s sleep.

Talk to your spirit guides and tell them who you’re okay giving messages to.
Only give messages to someone who’s asked to receive messages. Remember that you need to be a friend or family member, not necessarily a medium, to people you are close to.
Another way to set boundaries so you’re not overwhelmed with messages is talking to your guides and letting them know when, from whom and where you are okay to receive messages.
Another important way to set boundaries is on the earth plane.
For instance, take inventory and see if there is someone who feels too draining. If you’re an introvert like me, there are ways to communicate with others that allow you to recharge.
The boundary can also start with you—whether you check social media, when you have your phone on, and so on, and then communicate this with people.
Finally, the protector guide is important to help buffer your energy as well, and particularly for entrepreneurs.
Boundaries can help you to create that safe space for others and even allow you to help others even more. It can also help others understand that they can use boundaries, too.
A final tip: how to use the “aura bubble”.
The more you use this, the more it will help you create boundaries that can help you. I also use tea tree oil in a similar way (with one caveat). Here is a link to some of my favorite essential oils.
The more you create these boundaries and operate in them, the more spirit gets this message too.
