Past Life Reflections

I like to call this process, “Past Life Reflections” because this process is helpful for those who believe in reincarnation and those who do not. The process still works regardless of any belief system. This experience can be very helpful in identifying the root cause of emotions, relationships, and patterns in our lives.

During this session receive Reiki healing, intend to heal relationship cords, and see/ feel symbols from different eras to help you find the root of certain challenges in your current life and receive opportunities to start healing them.

This is a past life journey unlike anything else, and does not involve hypnosis. Clients will remain clothed on a Reiki table. While receiving Reiki, they will be guided into a meditation and journey to visit past lives, different eras, and may see symbols and people they once knew. Sometimes a client may see a person in a past life that they currently know now. There will be an opportunity to remove any cords in need of healing.

What should I expect during a session?

To prepare for a past life reflection, wear comfortable clothes and schedule an appointment time when you will not be rushed.

I will speak with you at the beginning of your session to help you decide on what pattern or person in your life you wish to understand and heal.

For in-person sessions:

You will then relax on the Reiki table (completely clothed, I encourage you to wear comfortable clothing) as I walk you through a meditation to bring this area into focus, guiding you along the way . I have the ability to see or feel what you are visualizing and feeling. Together, we work to bring positive energy into the images and situations that are brought forth during session.

For Phone sessions:

I encourage you to find a place where you will be undisturbed for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I will send you distant Reiki as I lead you through a meditation. You will need to wear a headset or be able to place the phone on “speaker phone.”

How long does the session last?

I tell my clients to plan to stay at the office for 90 minutes total time.
