I am certified in the traditional Usui Reiki lineage and am an Integrated Energy Alignment Practitioner with a passion for bringing balance to mind, body and spirit.

When I was younger, I often had a knowing of how best to share messages about personal situations with strangers, friends or family.  I just thought this was my passion and love for Psychology.  Little did I know that I was reading their energy and was intuitive! It wasn’t until I started on my own spiritual path and developed my intuitive abilities with proper boundaries that I understood!

I have an undergraduate in Psychology and was fascinated by it with a long-term goal to help others.  Though I didn’t end up taking that path for my career, I realize it is the foundation that supports me with Reiki & Intuitive Energy Healing to hold a safe, sacred space for others along their journey.  

I found Reiki to help me deal and cope with years of grief, after feeling stuck and that the grief was immovable.  At that point, I knew inner work was needed on a deeper energetic and spiritual level.  The mind, body and spirit connection is one that must be supported holistically, and it’s my goal to assist you in balancing this connection for your own spiritual journey.

I started off as a client of Messenger of Spirit, then a student, and now I am thrilled to be a practitioner and share any messages from your energy and Spirit with you!
