This week is all about releasing blocks. This is the time of year we start thinking about what no longer serves us. With that goal in mind I’m gifting you a meditation within this episode to help you release any energy blocks or anytime you may just feel a little stuck.

Before beginning make sure you are in a safe place where you can relax and focus on the meditation without distraction. Also it’s a great idea to make sure you are grounded before starting any guided meditation.

Make sure your energy is fully back in your body and that you feel grounded and safe before resuming any activities.
