The Benefits of Mediation If You Fall Asleep (1:41)

There is no specific benefit. But there also is no detriment!! Falling asleep is just your body getting into its most receptive state. It allows you to just experience the meditation while releasing control and expectation.

What Happens When You Cannot Follow Along or “Black Out” During the Guided Meditation (4:00)

Many people think if they lose focus and “miss” a section (or almost all) of a guided meditation that they are doing something wrong. Actually it is just the opposite. Typically this is an indication that you went deep into trance or were working directly with your Guides in some other deep way.

Sometimes we are in such a state of constant motion that our minds and bodies seem to no longer understand “be still”. For one you will start noticing areas in your life shifting into a higher vibration or experience an energetic shift. By the sheer effort of the practice you may also notice your intuition getting stronger. Some meditations are meant to release blocks so you may experience some form of release.
