Energy Clearing and Releasing Meditation
The best time to clear and release energy is EVERYDAY! The more social interaction we have, the more opportunity we have to pick up energy from others. Iit’s important to not only protect our energy but to clean it as well. That’s why I’m sharing this meditation with you. To help you clear your own energy and release any that is not yours.

Before beginning make sure you are in a safe place where you can relax and focus on the meditation without distraction. Also it’s a great idea to make sure you are grounded before starting any guided meditation.

Make sure your energy is fully back in your body and that you feel grounded and safe before resuming any activities. Wiggling your fingers and toes can help as you come out of the meditation.
