Join us for this experiential exercise in Intuitive Painting. As we hold space for healing to occur, we will be led through a meditation along with listening to Chakra Healing music, as we get in touch with ourselves, our energy, and our Spirit. We will delve deep within to focus on our main chakra for healing, and then the process begins. We set our intention with affirmations, and paint our way to balancing our energy! It is always interesting what flows out of us. You will take home a canvas of your painting. No previous experience required. Come with an open mind, and willingness to open yourself to the energy!
